The Ganpati festival is celebrated with much gusto and fervour across the nation. In Maharashtra, it is the major festival where Lord Ganesha is welcomed by the devotees with open arms to their abodes. Chants of Bappa Morya can be heard at every nook and corner of the city, and devotees offer prayers to the Lord of new beginnings. Several celebrities welcome Gajanana and then bid him a tearful adieu with a promise of coming back again next year. The Kapoors bring home Bappa every year and this time as well they welcomed the Lord amid loud cheers.
After seeking the Lord's blessings, the Kapoors bid Ganpati Bappa adieu with a promise of bringing him back. Neetu Kapoor along with daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and granddaughter Samaira were seen chanting 'Ganpati Bappa Morya' at the time of Ganpati Visarjan. Check out pics:
