For making the batter for the gingerbread cookies, take two bowls. In the first bowl, mix 100g of butter and 1/2 cup of powdered jaggery together. In the second bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, ginger powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder. Later, combine the ingredients in both the bowls, you'll get the dough for the cookies. Go ahead and shape them in the form of a gingerbread man and pop them into the oven to get them baking!
