Bhumi Pednekar looks chic in a white knotted top and black pants - In Pics

Bhumi looked chic in a white knotted shirt and black linen pants. The actress accessorised her look with accents of gold. Her black handbag had gold chain strap and black sandals had gold studs on it.

Bhumi has become part of Anand L Rai’s directorial  Raksha Bandhan starring actor Akshay Kumar. This will be her second collaboration with the superstar. Bhumi had previously worked with him in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.

Bhumi is known to be vocal about social issues. The actress recently started social media advocacy platform Climate Warrior that aims to educate people about climate change. She had earlier launched an initiative COVID Warrior that has saved many lives across India.

 

Bhumi had tested positive for COVID-19 on April 5 and was under home quarantine until April 17. The actress has openly spoken about her battle with the virus and urged her fans to follow all COVID-19 protocols.

Bhumi made her Bollywood debut in National Award Winning film ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ opposite Ayushmann Khuranna. The actress's performance was loved by both audiences and critics. She even received  Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Earlier, Bhumi worked as an assistant casting director at Yash Raj Films for six years.
