Amid marriage talks, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are already a family! In pics

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are one of the most-talked about couples in Bollywood. Ranbir lit the internet on fire after he confessed in a recent interview that he and Alia would have married in 2020, if it was not for the COVID-19 pandemic. He also called Alia, his “girlfriend,” somewhat of an “overachiever”. Since Ranbir’s interview, the internet was abuzz, with Alia and Ranbir becoming the trending topic on Twitter. Alia has been the strength of pillar after Ranbir lost his father, actor Rishi Kapoor in April, 2020. She often accompanies her boyfriend in his family’s festive celebrations. On the work front, Alia and Ranbir will feature in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra', along with Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy.

Captioning the post, Ayan Mukerji, filmmaker and Ranbir, Alia's close friend wrote, "Beginnings. Tel Aviv, Israel... Beginning of 2018, and the beginning of many things... We were in Tel Aviv to prepare for our first shooting schedule with a very special member of our team, and it marked the beginning of Ranbir and Alia working together for the movie and getting to know each other... Brahmāstra has come with a lot of travel, to find creative collaborations everywhere in the world... something I hope will add greatly to the film eventually." 

Featuring in their first film together as lead couple, the intrigue around Alia and Ranbir's on-screen love story is as much as their real life chemistry.

As we will be ringing in Christmas on Friday (December 25) in a few hours, last year, Alia spread holiday cheers with Ranbir's Kapoor clan. Sharing the picture, Karisma Kapoor captioned it as, "Merry Christmas from Us !#familytime #christmaslunch #familytraditions."
