According to the website, having the option to pin additional chats can help users stay more organised and focused as the number of talks grows every day. Additionally, we think it makes logical to allow a higher limit of pinned chats in order to better address the demands of users who are increasingly using larger screens. The fact that this functionality is still in the early stages of development and will soon be available for Android, PC, and iOS was also highlighted on their Twitter account.
