Maruti Suzuki’s WagonR is one of the most popular cars to be launched in India. In June 2021, 19,447 units of WagonR were sold by Maruti.

At number two position is another car from Maruti — Swift. The premium hatchback appears to be the preferred choice of many customers planning to buy a new car. In June, Maruti sold 17,272 Swit cars. 

Since its launch, Maruti Baleno has remained one of the best-selling cars in the Indian market. Maruti sold close to 14,701 units of the premium hatchback last month.

Brezza sales also provided a major respite to Maruti. In June 2021, Maurti sold a toal of 12,833 units of the SUV. Notably, Hyundai Venue had pipped Brezza’s sales in May 2021.

Maruti Dzire has remained the only subcompact sedan to feature in the list of top seven best selling cars in the month of June. The car has remained a top performer for Maruti since its debut. In June 2021, Maruti sold 12,639 units of Dzire.

Maruti Alto is one of the oldest and popular cars in the Indian market. It appears that there are still many takers of the car, as Maruti sold a total of 12,513 units of Alto in June 2021. 

Hyundai Creta is the only non-Maruti branded car to have made it to the list of top seven best selling four-wheelers in India in the month of June. During the said period, Hyundai sold 9,941 units of its most popular SUV, Creta.
