Citroen C5 Aircross enters Indian markets: Check out stunning pics, price and specs

French car maker Citroen has made its India debut by launching its highly anticipated SUV C5 Aircross. The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV will be manufactured in India.

The company has launched 3 variants of this car in India. The Feel (Mono-Tone) variant is priced at Rs 29.90 Lakh, the Feel (Bi-Tone) variant is priced at Rs 30.40 Lakh and the top variant Shine is priced at Rs 31.90 Lakh (all prices are ex-showroom).

The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV has an 8-inch touch screen infotainment system which supports Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Also, this car offers many other latest features like dual tone dashboard finish, panoramic sunroof, 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster, grip control system, blind spot monitoring and dual tone 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.

Only the diesel engine of the Citroen C5 Aircross SUV will be sold in the Indian market. The 2-liter diesel engine generates maximum power of 177bhp and peak torque of 400Nm. The engine is equipped with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

This new SUV is expected to give a tough competition to cars like Hyundai Tucson, Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Jeep Compass, and Volkswagen Tiguan in the Indian market.
