Woman claims 'Salman Khan is my husband', tries to break into his apartment

New Delhi: Blame his good looks or his love for fitness or his presence on the big screen, Salman Khan has a crazy fan following not only in India but across the world. But at the same time, there are also a set of people who know no boundaries when to comes to display their love for the actor. 

Recently, a female fan of Salman barged into his Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai and caused quite a stir at the actor's house. However, at the time of the incident, Salman was not in the city and was in Dubai, filming for 'Race 3'. 

According to the Deccan Chronicles report, the woman seemed to be deranged and managed to pass through the tough security outside Salman's residential complex. She started banging the doors of his apartment after which when an alarm was raised.

The report added that the woman was constantly shouting "Salman Khan is my husband". To make matter worse, she was armed with skewers and even threatened to kill herself. 

Surprisingly, the family members did not inform the police about the incident and, instead, called the fire brigade to get the woman out of the complex.

A senior inspector from the Bandra police station confirmed the incident to Deccan Chronicles and said that no complaint has been filed against the woman. 

A fan trying to enter Salman's residence is not an unusual incident. Sometime back, some of the residents of the same complex spotted another intruder trying to make his way into the apartment. According to report, the suspicious man was found sitting inside the toilet in the building’s compound.
