Taimur Ali Khan’s first birthday plans – Here’s the latest

Mumbai: Speculations were rife that Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi’s first birthday bash will be a starry event. But the toddler, who will turn one-year-old on December 20, this year, will have an intimate birthday ceremony. Mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan and Papa Saif Ali Khan will organise a small private family get-together, latest buzz suggests.

According to a report in MissMalini.com, Kareena, who turned showstopper for ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s show in Nairobi, Kenya recently, said that Taimur’s first birthday bash will be attended by family members only.

“Well, it’s going to be a family affair. It’s not going to be a big Bollywood party like how everyone sees it. It’s his first birthday and he should be with his family- his parents and his grandparents. It’s going to be a small intimate thing,” the report quoted Kareena as saying.

Taimur already has a huge fan following. He is photographers’ delight and a sensation on social media. He gets clicked wherever he goes. Such is the impact of stardom on him.

The Khan household recently welcomed another baby in the family. Soha Ali Khan, who is married to Kunal Kemmu gave birth to a baby girl on September 29 this year. The baby has been named Inaaya Naomi Kemmu and looks adorable.

So Taimur already has a playmate for his birthday. Moreover, his maternal grandparents – Babita and Randhir Kapoor and paternal grandma Sharmila Tagore are expected to join the celebrations. Besides Soha, Taimur’s other aunt – Saba too will be present.
