Sonam Kapoor shares incredible pictures of Shashi Kapoor—See inside

New Delhi: Veteran actor Shashi Kapoor's death shocked the film industry and fans across the globe. The actor par excellence breathed his last on December 4 evening at Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

The legendary superstar was cremated on Tuesday noon amid state honours at Santacruz electric crematorium, Mumbai. A huge array of Bollywood celebrities came and paid their last respects to the mortal remains of the noted star.

Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram and shared some incredible pictures of the actor along with a famous dialogue of Shashi Kapoor from the film 'Silsila'.

 

There never has been nor will there ever be anyone like Shashi Kapoor. He was a man of his own and transformed what it meant to be an actor. We miss you and love you always

An incredibly sad day for Indian cinema, we’ve lost one of our greatest actors and the entire industry mourns. Shashi Uncle wasn’t just a brilliant actor but also a great human and we miss him greatly.

The actor left this place for a heavenly abode and the void his absence created will never be filled again.
