Pooja Hegde calls out 'arrogant' airline staff for RUDE behaviour, says 'threatening' tone used with us

NEW DELHI: Actress Pooja Hegde took to social media on Thursday (June9) to talk about an unpleasent incident she experience from an airline staff mmeber. The 'Radhe Shyam' actress was travelling out of Mumbai earlier today when she faced the incident. The actress then called out airline company for the 'rude' behaviour of one of their staff members, and added that he used threatening tone for no reason. Pooja added that though she never tweets about such issues, her recent experience 'was truly appalling'. The actress also wrote that she doesn't tweet about these issues but brought it to everyone's notice as she found it appalling.

Pooja took to Twitter and wrote, "Extremely sad with how rude @IndiGo6E staff member, by the name of Vipul Nakashe behaved with us today on our flight out from Mumbai.Absolutely arrogant, ignorant and threatening tone used with us for no reason.Normally I don’t tweet abt these issues, but this was truly appalling (sic)."

Notably, Indigo Airlines responded to Pooja's grievances and wrote, "Ms. Hegde, sorry to note your experience. We'd like to connect with you immediately hence, please DM us your PNR along with the contact number. Linda (sic)."

In another tweet, the airlines added, "Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Ms Hegde. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and would like to assure you that we are certainly looking into this matter to ensure that there are no recurrences."

Pooja Hegde made a smashing debut at the Cannes Film Festival this year. The actress walked the red carpet at the Top Gun Maverick premiere on May 18. The actress had shared that her maiden appearance was laced with last-minute mishaps.

Media reports said the actress lost all her clothes and make-up on her first trip to the film festival. Pooja said that her team arranged for products and other things needed for the flawless debut in the face of the crisis and that she and her team did not eat anything until her red carpet appearance.

In addition, her hairstylist had food poisoning and only one of her bags was checked in while the others were left behind in India with her sole travel bag also getting misplaced during transit.
