Mumbai: Mumbai is witnessing yet another monstrous downpour. The heavy rains on Tuesday have reminded city dwellers of the nightmarish 26 X7 that had brought life to a standstill in 2005. Many parts of the city are water-logged and Mumbai’s lifeline – the suburban train services have been terribly affected.
