OTT Awards: Kartik Aaryan Wins Best Actor For Freddy

Kartik Aaryan clinched the title of Best Actor (Male) for his outstanding portrayal in 'Freddy' at OTT Award ceremony recently. His success was further accentuated by the acclaim received for 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' and his surprising transformation in the role of 'Freddy'. 

Kartik garnered significant attention with back-to-back releases like 'Shehzada' and 'Satyaprem Ki Katha', but it was his portrayal in 'Freddy' that earned him this esteemed accolade.

Taking to his social media, Kartik expressed gratitude for the win for one of his most different films that featured him in a grey character for the first time. He wrote, "Best Actor - Freddy.  A Character that challenged me mentally and physically ( Gained around 15 kgs jisko ghataane mein ab Band baj rahi hai. Acknowledgements like these validate the twisted choices I make sometimes! Thank you HT and the fans for honouring the underdog called Freddy!

Bigg Boss 17: Anjali Arora Supports Isha Malviya, Takes A Dig At Munawar?

Anjali Arora, who was previously seen in the reality show Lock Upp, shared a post on her Instagram stories. She has shown her support in a message about the recent incident that took place in the Bigg Boss 17 house.

Her post read, "Kabhi Kabhi hum apni private life ko expose nahi karna chahte.. private hi rakhna chahte hai.. aur agar tumne kisike liye kuch kiya hai Samarth toh aise interviews mein jatana? Aur Abhishek ye toh sochlo ke aapke parents par kya beet rahi hogi.. aur Isha jo 19 years ki hai harr kisi ko time lagta hai bhai.."

Anjali also seems to take an indirect dig at her former 'Lock Upp' contestant Munawar Faruqui as she wrote, "ye jo Isha ko itna gyan de rahe hai (if you know what I mean) duniya janti hai usne khudne kitna sach bola tha."

Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar's The Lady Killer Trailer Out

The first official trailer of 'The Lady Killer' starring Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar was released on Sunday. The teaser was released on the official T-series YouTube channel. The 2-minute 23-second trailer showcases the story of Arjun's character moving to a new town and meeting Bhumi, who catches his attention. The plot portrays them as ardent lovers, but as the story goes on, Arjun gets trapped in a complex web of relationships with other women. The film is all set for theatrical release on November 3, 2023. 

Mammootty's Crime Thriller Kannur Squad OTT Release Delayed

The much-awaited OTT release of Malayalam superstar Mammootty's latest hit 'Kannur Squad' has been delayed. The Malayalam-language crime thriller directed by Roby Varghese Raj was set to premiere on OTT this week. However, fans will have to wait for the digital premiere of Kannur Squad. According to reports, the makers made the decision to delay the OTT screening as the film has been still going strong in cinemas across Kerala.

Actor Sonam Kapoor swears by natural and homemade remedies to keep her skin healthy and glowing. Speaking to media post walking for designer Abhinav Mishra at a fashion show, the 'Neerja' star divulged about resorting to homemade ubtan and coconut oil as far as skincare and haircare is concerned.

"I do ubtan...I apply rose water. I use almond and coconut oil for my hair. I use everything that I can think of for my skin. I like to take care of my skin. But the most important thing for Indian girls is to use a lot of sunscreen," Sonam shared.

Vikrant Massay-starrer '12th Fail' has emerged as a box office sensation. The film has raked in a commendable net earning figure of 2.50 crores on Day 2 with a total of Rs 3.60 crores net. Helmed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the film has firmly establishing itself as a cinematic powerhouse.

The film was released in 600 screens with 2300 shows, however the number has increased many folds in first two days itself due to unprecedented response and word of mouth.

The makers of 'Indian 2' have announced the release of the first glimpse of the film on November 3, ahead of Kamal Haasan's 69th birthday. The announcement was made on Sunday as they unveiled a poster of the film featuring the actor. To celebrate the veteran actor's birthday on November 7, the makers have announced the release of the first glimpse on November 3.
