Kareena Kapoor Khan is a 'Pilates Girl' and we aren't denying it!—Pic proof

New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor Khan is a fitness freak and that we all know by now. The gorgeous looking Bebo shed all those extra kilos she gained during and after her pregnancy. She works her hard to get that perfect shape and is often clicked outside the gym, happily posing for the shutterbugs.

She has also made gymming look exceptionally stylish and thanks to her, terms like 'gym look' have found a direct way to our daily diary. So, her gym wear basically is full of colour pops, trendy yet comfortable sneakers, oh-so-smart glares and yes a water bottle (you possibly can't do away with it!).

Kareena's military coloured statement Ganji top has 'Pilates Girl' written over it and we know for a fact that she does follow the exercise form. She can be seen along with bestie Amrita Arora and both are dressed to their best.

Pilates is an ancient physical fitness form which was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. In fact, it has been named after him.

Joseph Pilates published two books related to his training method, namely 'Your Health: A Corrective System of Exercising That Revolutionizes the Entire Field of Physical Education' in 1934, and 'Return to Life Through Contrology' in 1945.

It is practised globally and several people have benefitted from the exercise form.

On the professional front, Kareena will be seen making a comeback to the silver screens after her brief hiatus post pregnancy. She will be seen in 'Veerey Di Wedding' along with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. The film is hitting the screens on June 1, 2018.
