Kapil Sharma’s Firangi actress Ishita Dutta marries actor Vatsal Sheth – See PIC

Mumbai: Kapil Sharma’s onscreen ladylove Ishita Dutta has tied the nuptial knot with beau Vatsal Sheth. The couple solemnised their marriage in presence of family and close friends on Tuesday at ISKCON temple here.

Vatsal, best known for his role in Just Mohabbat (1996-2000), took to Twitter to announce his marriage.

He wrote: “@ishidutta & I got married today in a private ceremony... Need all your love and blessings (sic).”

A fan club of Kapil’s Firangi film shared a video of the couple in the mandap during their wedding ceremony.

For the uninitiated, Ishita played Ajay Devgn’s daughter in Drishyam. She is now gearing up for Firangi, a film in which she plays a village belle. She has also acted in Telugu and Kannada films.

Vatsal on the other hand has worked in a number of serials and films. He was a part of TV shows - Ek Hasina Thi, Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar. And is now busy with Haasil.

The handsome actor has also worked in a number of films and the list includes - Taarzan: The Wonder Car, Nanhe Jaisalmer, U Me Aur Hum and Jai Ho

Vatsal and Ishita started dating when they worked together in Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar.

According to reports, Vatsal had saved Ishita from an accident on the sets of the show.

Ishita’s dress had got stuck in a fan and she wasn’t aware of it. Had Vatsal not pulled her away, she would have been pulled down by the fan. Thus he not only averted an accident, he also proved his love for her.
