Deepak Tijori finds out the woman he married is NOT his wife?

New Delhi: The popular 90s era actor Deepak Tijori has hit the headlines but sadly not for any positive reason. The latest buzz doing the rounds about the 55-year-old Bollywood star is that his personal life is in turmoil at present.

According to Spotboye.com, Deepak has lately found out that his better-half Shivani is actually not his wife. Confused? Well, so are we. The report states that Shivani ill-treats the actor to the extent that he was literally thrown out of their 4-BHK in Goregaon flat. The woman in question has reportedly filed for a divorce and is seeking maintenance from the actor.

The report claims that Deepak has taken a counsellor's help and it was then he found out that Shivani had not divorced her first husband before marrying him, making his marriage null and void legally. Quoting a source, the report states, “Deepak barely manages to enter his house. Shivani allows him to use only one room."

Quoting a friend, the report mentions, “Shivani's marriage to Deepak is null and void if she hadn't divorced her first husband. So why should Deepak maintain her cost of living?"

The matter is currently being heard in the Bandra Family court, reportedly.

No official word has been made either by the acor or by his wife.
