Arjun Kapoor's emotional note on mom's death anniversary will move you to tears

New Delhi: Boney Kapoor's elder son Arjun Kapoor has been like a pillar of strength to the family in the recent times of crisis. The actor took to his social media handles and shared a heartfelt post on mother Mona Shourie's death anniversary. Boney's first wife died of cancer on March 25, 2012, after battling the disease for long.

Arjun shared an adorable picture with his mom and penned his heartfelt thoughts in a note which if filled in with emotions. He wrote:

"As I was shooting by a canal today in Patiala wishing I could send u a picture of how nice the location was Mom I realised I never quite got to walk the red carpet with u to show u one of my films but I’m certain in the last 6 years u have walked every step of the way with me thru these 9 films Along with mine & Anshula s personal journeys...wish u were here Mom so much has transpired so much where I would have looked at u for answers and looked at u to draw strength...I don’t know if I’m doing a decent job at it but I’m taking one day at a time and making each moment count trying to be a truthful reflection of u n ur teachings...can’t believe it’s been 6 years to the day but I have thought of u every breath I have taken pls smile spread ur warmth n positivity wherever u are cause god knows the world me and Anshula need it...love u forever and beyond..." Meanwhile, the Kapoor clan is trying to cope with yet another huge loss of Sridevi, who breathed her last on February 24, 2018, at a Dubai hotel. She had gone there to attend a family wedding. The cause of her death is reported to be 'accidental drowning' in a bathtub.

Arjun has been by his father's side, trying his best to be a support system not just to Anshula but to Janhvi and Khushi as well.

On the professional front, Arjun is currently working for 'Namaste England' which stars Parineeti Chopra in the lead opposite him. The film is a sequel to superhit film 'Namaste London' which starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.

Arjun and Parineeti will also be seen in 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar'. A film by Dibakar Banerjee.
