New Delhi: With heavy monsoons unleashing its wrath on Mumbai, the world is saluting the spirit of Mumbaikars for braving the monstrous downpour. People are coming out in large numbers to help those who are stranded in massive rains. This time, even Bollywood actor Anupam Kher became a victim of the massive downpour.
The 62-year-old actor on Tuesday took to Twitter to share with his fans what he did when his car got stuck in the middle of a water-logged road. Anupam also shared a short clip on social media that showcases the unfortunate condition.
"My car got stuck in heavy rains. Called a friend. He & his daughter came to my rescue. Now I am in his house. #StaySafe #HelpfulMumbai," he tweeted along with the video. Have a look:

With forecast of more heavy rains, the state government staff have also been told to take it easy and reach their offices if possible or take the day off.
