New Delhi: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has time and again stepped forward to highlight social issues. Be it on-screen performances or off-screen initiatives, the 49-year-old star misses no opportunity to inspire people. This time, Akki has taken up the issue of Swacch India and the importance of toilets at homes.
The 'Airlift' hunk on Friday posted a heartfelt message on Facebook in the form of a candid video. In the short clip, he can be seen giving India a harsh but true reality check.
Akshay felt really sad when he came across some bitter facts while doing the research for his upcoming film 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha'. And, as a result, he made a social media appearance once again to lay emphasis on building toilets, especially for women.
