WhatsApp new feature lets you pin your chats to the top

New Delhi: Here's another good news for WhatsApp users! Soon, you will not need to scroll down numerous chats to get to your favourite one.

As per media reports, WhatsApp is soon bringing new feature that lets you pin your chats to the top.

The feature is currently available on beta version 2.17.162 or 2.17.163. As of now, a maximum number of 3 chats can be pinned to the top.

Other latest chats or conversations appear below the pinned chats.

If you want to pin a chat to the top, long press the chat and you will see the “pin” icon on the top bar. To unpin it, long press the pinned chat and tap on the unpin button.

Additionally, if you want to try out the beta version, sign up for the beta programme from the Google PlayStore.
