London: A pervert has been caught taking photos under a woman's skirt by using his phone at a busy shoe store in South London. Meanwhile, the police have launched a search for the culprit.
A CCTV footage shows the man kneeling on the ground before he took out his mobile phone and positioned it between the women's legs. The suspect was later apprehended by the store security and was told to delete the images he'd taken.
The Scotland Yard has now launched a search to track him down, who appears to be in his late 20s. They are checking the footage of the incident last month to hunt the culprit.
The footage appears to show him pretending to browse products on a low shelf in the Colliers Wood store, while holding his phone in his hand. He twice leans over to an unsuspecting woman and briefly holds the phone below her skirt to take a photograph, MailOnline reported on Friday.
“The man was caught on CCTV pretending to look at products behind a woman and then put his hand between the woman's legs and take pictures up her skirt on his mobile phone. He later returned and took further pictures of the same woman,” the report quoted a police official as saying.
