Tripoli: A never-seen-before video of last moments of Libyan dictator Colonel Muammar Gaddafi has surfaced.

In the video, a battered and bleeding Gaddafi is shown pleading for life.

The video was shot shortly after the Libyan ruler was captured by Libyan rebels on October 20, 2011 and moments before he was executed.

Gaddafi ruled Libya from 1969 to 2011.
