He urged all stakeholders to participate in the peace process, underlining that implementing a framework for political dialogue which is to be set up soon is being drafted by a special dialogue framework drafting committee.
The remaining ethnic armed groups which have not participated in signing the Nationwide Ceasefire Accord (NCA) were needed to take into account the people`s lives in conflict areas, he said.
"It is needed to take lesson from the recent tragedy accident with massive death as a giant amount of dump soil from jade mining collapsed in Phakant of Myanmar`s Kachin state, by revising the policy laid down for such risky work sites in the country," the president said.
