Congress files FIR against Shiv Sena for insulting Pranab Mukherjee
Maharashtra Congress today filed a complaint against Shiv Sena for “insulting” President Pranab Mukherjee through an “objectionable” poster, which claimed that he “bowed” before the late saffron party supremo Bal Thackeray.
