Bhopal: Meet 'Lady Singham' who made a panchayat secretary in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh do sit-ups as punishment.
The incident happened when IAS officer Nidhi Nivedita was inspecting the toilets built in the village.
The IAS officer found that panchayat secretary Ramsubash Singh had photoshopped images of basin and taps outside toilet and claimed bills.
She punished Singh infront of the entire village by asking him to do sit-ups.
There wwas no wash-basin outside the toilet as claimed by him in the official papers.
He admitted to his offence and asked for apology.
