New Delhi: Ranjit is trending on Twitter. And, it's neither a good news for Indians nor Indian Air Force (IAF).

Ranjit is one of the top trends on Twitter on Tuesday for all the wrong reasons!

Indians and IAF both are ashamed of him as he has been arrested for his alleged links with Pakistan's spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

He is a former IAF personnel who was arrested by Delhi Police from Punjab at the Bhatinda airbase on Monday on charges of spying for ISI.

Ranjit allegedly shared secret information with operatives of an ISI-backed espionage ring through e-mails and inter-based text messaging services.

His full name is Ranjit Singh and he hails from Kerala, was arrested from Punjab at the Bhatinda airbase.

Undoubtedly, he has maligned the image of IAF known for its brave, courageous and partiotic acts.

Ranjit has been sent to four-day police remand.

He was dismissed recently after IAF came across the allegations against him backed by actionable evidence put forth by security agencies.
