"Intriguing that Rahul Gandhi questions my absence from the parliament, wonder how someone who vanished for 57 days earlier this year and has one of the poorest track records when it comes to attending the parliament (43% in 2013), does so with a straight face (sic)," VK Singh wrote on Twitter.

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday had sought VK Singh's removal from the ministry for comparing Dalit children with dogs.
He accused Singh of challenging the constitution with his remarks on the incident involving the killing of two Dalit children in Haryana.
VK Singh Singh triggered a huge row in October when he citing the example of a dog's stoning while commenting on the burning of two Dalit children in a Haryana village. He later said he had been misunderstood.
