Islamabad: Indian film director Kabir Khan was on Wednesday heckled, threatened with a shoe at Karachi airport for making 'Phantom', a film which was banned in Pakistan.
Apparently, the protestors were angry at Khan for making 'anti-Pakistan' films.
Kabir, who has directed films like 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Phantom' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijan', flew to Karachi on Tuesday.
As he reached the Karachi airport to fly to Lahore, at least a dozen men mobbed the Bollywood director and shouted slogans. One of the protestors asked him why he did not make movies on what the Indian intelligence agency RAW did in Pakistan, apparently referring to RAW agent Kulbhushan Jhadav who was arrested in Pakistan sometime back.
