New Delhi: The Indian Air Force (IAF) along with the US Air Force (USAF) and the US Navy (USN) conducted the Red Flag Alaska 16-1, an aerial combat training exercise, at the Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska, in the United States earlier this year.

The four-week long exercise aimed to provide joint offensive counter-air, interdiction, close air support, and large force employment training in a simulated combat environment.
