Jamshedpur: The last date for Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2016 registration has been extended to 10th December.
Xavier Aptitude Test, conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur, is scheduled to be conducted on January 3, 2016.
The eligible candidates can apply by means of online process in the prescribed format on or before 10th December, 2015.
The format of XAT 2016 would remain pen-paper based.
According to XLRI, this pen-paper/offline mode is to ensure that those who have pre-familiarity of operating computers, specially coming from privileged background or having worked in IT sector, do not get any advantage over others who do not have access to computers.
"The paper-pen mode also ensures that all candidates are tested on exactly the same set of questions and not on different sets," the XLRI's notification added.
