New Delhi: If you stay in Delhi and travel by Metro, you should read the following news.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is shortly going to revise Metro fares.

The Fourth Fare Fixation Committee constituted for recommending revised passenger fares for Delhi has already submitted its recommendations as per which the minimum fare should be increased from Rs 8 to 15 and the maximum fare from Rs 30 to 70.

Ahead of a final decision and announcement, the DMRC has invited suggestions from the general public on revision of fares.

The public can send in their suggestions through e-mail to 4thffc@dmrc.org or by post to the Chairman, 4th FFC, Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, Delhi-110001.

The last date for sending suggestions is June 30, 2016.
