Minor explosion heard near Srinagar's Pantha Chowk, probe on

Jammu: A minor explosion was reported from a garbage dump near bus stand in Srinagar's Pantha Chowk on Wednesday.

According to ANI, officials of the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police have been rushed to the spot to take stock of the situation.

A bomb disposal squad and sniffer dogs have also been called in.

The officials are trying to ascertain what caused the explosion in the garbage dump.
