Delhi CM criticszed the BJP and asserted that their schemes could not break the AAP rock-solid determination.

After receiving bail from the Supreme Court, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed a party worker on Sunday and announced that he is going to resign from the CM position after two days. 

Kejriwal added that he would take the chief minister's position again if the people choose him in the upcoming election. "I would not sit on the CM chair until the people give their verdict... I will go to every house and street and not sit on the CM chair till I get a verdict from the people," he said.

AAP chief demanded that elections be held in November, along Maharashtra election, and added that until then, someone else from the party will be the Chief Minister.

"The elections are supposed to be held in February. I demand elections be held in November with Maharashtra elections... Till elections are held, someone else from the party will be the Chief Minister. In the next 2-3 days, a meeting of the MLAs will be held, where the next CM will be decided," Kejriwal added.

He also said that Sisodia will not take the CM position and they both will go directly to the people.

He also criticszed the BJP and asserted that their schemes could not break AAP rock-solid determination. 

Responding to BJP's demand for his resignation from jail, the AAP supremo said that he didn't resign from jail because he wanted to protect the Constitution of India. 

He said, "I did not resign from the jail because I wanted to protect the Constitution of India. I wanted to fail their formula... The SC asked the central government why a government cannot run from the jail... The SC proved that a government can run from jail..."
