Accused conductor Ashok sent to judicial custody. He will be to be produced in Gurugram special court on September 18. 

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday gave interim protection to owners of Ryan International School Augustine Pinto (73), and his wife Grace Pinto (62) till tomorrow in the alleged murder case of seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur. 

Itisha Nagar, a Ryan International School (Vasant Kunj) alumna has penned an open letter to Dr AF Pinto, Grace Pinto and CEO Ryan Pinto in the wake of the alleged murder of seven-year-old Pradyuman. 

Statement of Neerja Batra, the acting principal of Ryan International School, who was suspended on Saturday, will be recorded in court today.

"Parked bus in school at around 7.50 am, after that where the conductor went I don't know," the driver told news agency ANI. 

Talking to ANI, the bus driver Saurabh said, "I knew the conductor for last few months, never thought he would commit such a crime."

All Ryan group schools in Gurugram have been ordered to remain shut till Tuesday following directions of the district administration amid heightened security at the school premises. 
 

As per the reports at least 50 people, including nine scribes and photo journalists, were left injured on Sunday when police baton-charged a group of protestors in front of the school building. Following the incident. SHO Arun Kumar was suspended on Monday for using force against journalists. 

The alleged brutal murder of Pradhyuman Thakur led to angry protesters staging demonstrations outside the school located in Bhondsi on Sohna Road. 
 

Ashok Kumar, the accused conductor,  who was arrested soon after the incident, was sent to 14 days judicial custody on Monday. 

In a major breakthrough, two school kids on Tuesday testified watching conductor Ashok Kumar walking inside the toilet of Ryan International, Gurugram.
