TRS wins Telangana seat in bypolls

In a nailbiting competition, TRS candidate Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy wins Munugode seat with 96,598 votes. BJP loses the seat with a margin of 10,309 votes.

Telangana Bypolls Results: TRS leads with big margin after round 15 counting

 TRS candidate, Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy is leading with 96,598 votes in the Munugode constituency after round 15 countings. BJP trails with 86,485 votes.

BJP celebrates after winning seat in Odisha's bypoll

BJP candidate Suryabanshi Suraj wins the Dhamnagar seat after garnering 80,090 votes, defeating BJD with a margin of 9,881 votes.

BJP candidate Suryabanshi Suraj wins the Dhamnagar constituency in Odisha with 80,090 votes. Abanti Das of Biju Janata Dal loses with a margin of 9,881 votes.

Telangana Bypoll Results- TRS leads after Round 13 counting

TRS candidate Koosukantla Prabhakar Reddy leads by 88716 votes after the 13th round of counting. Meanwhile, BJP trails with 79570 votes. 

Odisha Bypoll Results - BJP leads 

Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate Suryabanshi Suraj leads Odisha's bypolls of the Dhamnagar constituency with 70,946 votes. Biju Janata Dal and Indian National Congress is trailing with 62,974 and 3,019 votes respectively. Rajendra Kumar Das, an independent candidate has garnered 7,577 votes, landing him in 3rd spot after BJP and BJD.

Telangana Bypoll results - 10th round of counting completed

TRS candidate Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy from Munugode constituency is leading with 67,363 votes. BJP and INC trails with 62,923 and 17,627 votes respectively,923 votes.

Telangana Bypoll Results- TRS leading

TRS candidate, Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy, for Munugode constituency is leading with 3,952 votes as BJP is trailing with 55,908 votes. Meanwhile, Indian National Congress has just 11.42 per cent of vote share with just 16,280 votes.

Odisha Bypoll Results

BJP candidate Suryabanshi Suraj is leading on Dhamnagar assembly seats with a margin of 6755 votes while Abanti Das of Biju Janata Dal is trailing with 51577 votes after the 13th round of counting.

Maharashtra Bypoll result: Shiv Sena Rutuja Latke takes home expected win

According to officials, Rutuja Latke of Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena faction won the Andheri (East) Assembly bypoll in Maharashtra.

Haryana Bypolls Results: BJP's Bhavya Bishnoi wins

BJP Bhavya Bishnoi won the Adampur assembly segment against INC candidate Jai Parkash. Bishnoi's father and BJP leader Kuldeep Bishnoi said that this is a victory of PM Modi's policies. He said, "It's a victory of the policies of PM Modi, of the working of CM Khattar, of the trust of Adampur in Chaudhary Bhajan Lal family. I thank the people of Adampur they trusted us once again."

Telangana Bypoll Results

TRS candidate Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy with small margin of 2568 votes as BJP candidate Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy trails with 43155 votes.

Bihar Bypoll Result: BJP wins Gopalganj, RJD in Makoma

RJD's Neelam Devi won the Makoma assembly seat in Bihar bypoll elections while BJP's Kusum Devi won the Gopalganj assembly constituency of Bihar. 

UP Bypolls Results 2022

BJP candidate Aman Giri won UP bypolls for Gola Gokrannath constituency as his vote count stood at 124810 at the 32nd round of counting. 

Haryana Bypoll Results

BJP candidate Bhavya Bishnoi is leading by 17,988 votes over his nearest rival and Congress nominee Jai Prakash in Adampur assembly after nine rounds of counting on Sunday. According to trends, Bhavya (29) has so far polled 51,964 votes while Prakash secured 33,976 votes.

Maharashtra Bypolls: Shiv Sena's Rutuja Ramesh Latke leads on Andheri East assembly seat

Rutuja Ramesh Latke, candidate of Uddhav Thackrey's Shiv Sena faction is leading the bypolls in Maharashtra. According to Election Commission's official site, Latke is leading with 45218 votes after the 12th round of counting.

UP bypoll resuts: BJP candidate leads in Gola Gorakhnath assembly constituency

BJP candidate Aman Giri is leading in UP's Gola Gokrannath constituency with a huge margin of 32762 votes. According to EC's official website, after the 29th round of counting Giri's vote count stands at 114444 votes.

Bihar Bypoll Result: RJD wins Makoma assembly seat

RJD's Neelam Devi won the Makoma assembly seat in Bihar bypoll elections, however BJP is leading in the Gopalganj assembly constituency of Bihar.

UP Bypoll Results Live: BJP leads on Gola Gokrannath assembly seat

BJP candidate Aman Giri is leading in the bypoll results from UP's Gola Gokrannath constituency with a huge margin of 26195 votes. According to EC's official website, in the 19th round of counting Giri's vote count stands at 76765 votes.

According to the official website of the Election Commission of India, BJP candidate Suryabanshi Suraj is leading in the bypoll results from Odisha's Dhamnagar assembly constituency with 12892 votes.

Maharashtra Bypolls: Rutuja Latke leads on Andheri East assembly seat

As per initial trends, Rutuja Latke, the candidate of the Uddhav Thackeray faction of Shiv Sena, leading with 4277 votes in the Andheri East bypolls.

Uttar Pradesh Bypolls 

BJP's Aman Giri continues to lead on the Gola Gokrannath assembly seat with 15,866 votes after the fourth round of counting.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is leading in both the constituencies - Gopalganj and Mokama - in Bihar while BJP trailing in both.

TRS candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy said he is "100% confident of winning" the bypolls. In Telangana the Bypolls are being contested for the Munugode assembly constituency.

Bypolls in Bihar

In Bihar, the bypolls were conducted on two seats - Mokama and Gopalganj assembly constituencies. In Gopalganj constituency, BJP, BSP, RJD and AIMIM are contesting the bypolls along with 5 other candidates while in Mokama only RJD and BJP are only big parties contesting the bypolls.

Bypolls 2022: Contestants in Andheri (East), Maharashtra

In Andheri East, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Sena faction projected Rutuja Latke, the wife of incumbent Sena MLA Ramesh Latke whose death in May necessitated the poll as there candidate. Apart from Latke, there are 6 more candidates in the fray.

Bypolls 2022: Voter turnout

According to EC`s approximate trends, 48.35 per cent voter turnout was recorded in the Gopalganj constituency while 52.47 per cent was recorded in Mokama in Bihar. With 77.55 per cent voting, Telangana`s Munugode recorded the highest voter turnout. Further, the Adampur constituency in Haryana witnessed a 75.25 per cent voter turnout.

Counting of votes for bypolls to the 7 assembly constituencies viz Mokama, Gopalganj, Andheri (East), Adampur, Munugode, Gola Gokarannath and Dhamnagar began at 8 AM today. The polling for the Bypolls 2022 was held on November 3, 2022.
