We know Ram as a Bhanja (Nephew)," Baghel said while taking a swipe at the BJP.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday while chairing the East Zone Council meeting urged the CMs of states to showcase the cultural diversity and tourist places of their states to the world during various G-20 related events which will be held in their states during the next one year. 

Talks on transportation facilities and water-sharing among the states were also held at the 25th EZC meeting, which was attended by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, her counterpart from Jharkhand Hemant Soren, Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav and Odisha minister Pradeep Amat, news agency PTI quoted a senior official as saying.

Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday took a dig at the Narendra Modi government for not allowing a discussion in Parliament on the situation along the border with China and asked why he was not taking the nation into confidence in the matter.

Taking to Twitter, Kharge claimed that Chinese build-up in Doklam is threatening the strategic "Siliguri Corridor" -- the gateway to northeastern states -- the party and asked when the nation will have "China pe charcha".

Strengthen party at Grassroot level: Amit Shah in Bengal

Kolkata: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a visit to West Bengal has asked state BJP leaders to strengthen the grassroot level of the party in the TMC-ruled state ahead of the panchayat polls, news agency PTI quoted a senior party leader as saying. Talking to news agency PTI, BJP's national Vice-President Dilip Ghosh said, "Amit Shah after chairing a meeting with senior West Bengal BJP leaders said that the party should harness 'public discontent against the TMC'."

Reacting to Shah's meeting held at the state BJP headquarters,  TMC spokesperson Joy Prakash Majumdar claimed that it was a futile attempt to save his party's state unit from disintegrating.

One person has died in a major fire that broke out in Juno's Pizza restaurant near Parakh Hospital in Mumbai's Ghatkopar area on today afternoon, news agency ANI reported.

"Three injured people were brought to Rajawadi Hospital, one of whom, identified as Qurshi Dedhia, was declared brought dead," news agencyANI quoted BMC as saying.
