Assam HS Result 2022: Toppers List

The Commerce topper in Assam HS Class 12th results is Sagar Agarwal of Vivekananda Senior Secondary School, Cachar (482 marks). Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Deomoroni HS School took first place in the Science stream with 491 marks. Sadhana Devi of Kamrupa Girls' Senior Secondary School and Cherry Gohain of Womens College Tinsukia finished first and second, respectively, with 487 marks.

In the HS Science stream, a total of 20,171 students received first division, 9,833 students received second division, and 911 students received third division. In HS Science, the overall pass rate was 92.19 percent.

In the Arts stream, 29,487 students received first division. In 12th Arts, the overall pass rate was 83.48 percent. There are 52,944 students in the second division and 47,893 in the third division.

The Assam government cancelled the board examination last year after observing the pandemic situation. Marks were assigned based on internals, assignments, and previous year performance, as determined by the government. The overall passing percentage was 98.93%.

Assam Board HS Result 2022: Revaluation Process

The council will also allow candidates to go over their answer sheets again. Students can apply for rechecking of AHSEC result 2022 answer copies online between July 1 and July 7 at ahsec.assam.gov.in. From July 9 to July 25, students will also be able to request photocopies of their answer booklets.

In year 2021, the pass percentage in 12th Science was 99.06 per cent, in Arts it was 98.93 per cent and in Commerce, it was 99.57 per cent.
