Pakistan will be happy with their batting effort. They started slowly to assess the pitch and were struggling to find the timing. However, once Babar Azam found his touch he never looked back from there. They lost Haris and Masood for cheap scores and the showed some glimpses of his quality but he too fell. England, on the other started off well restricting the batters and picking up early wickets but they lost their way a bit in the middle overs when Azam and Ahmed were batting. However they pulled things back a bit at the death overs and restricted their opposition below 175. Sam Curran was the pick of the bowlers with two wickets and conceded just 26 runs.
