It was a complete team performance from Australia! Mitchell Starc gave away 14 runs in his first over while Josh Hazlewood started his spell with a wicket off the very first delivery. No one other than Kyle Mayers stood out with the blade. It was his aggressive approach at the top that helped West Indies to build a solid foundation up top. He was well supported by Brandon King after the early departure of Charles. Although, post the Powerplay, West Indies could not make the most of the momentum. A rather disappointing outing with the blade for the visitors. Australia did leak apleanty in the opening overs but did really well once their bowlers got into the rhythm.
