Dark Chocolate

Well, this might steal your attention. Many of you love chocolates and thus, it would be easy for you to consume the dark chocolate. It consists of important nutrients that are rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanins. One of the primary benefits is that it prevents oxidative stress and inflammation. Mind you, these are the factors that contribute towards development of heart diseases.
