Here are some foods that helps to get relief from migraine headache:

Spinach

Spinach contains high amount of folic acid and vitamin B to improve in the migraine symptoms. So consume lots of this green leafy veggies in your diet to treat the headache.

Magnesium-rich foods

Include lots of magnesium-rich foods like whole grains, beans, and leafy dark green vegetables in your diet to get relief from migraine.

Cashews and almonds

One should eat lots of cashews and almonds in their diet as it contains magnesium that help relieve the symptoms a migraine headache.

Mackerel and salmon
