Why Salman Khan’s films are blockbusters

Mumbai: Salman Khan fans will have a rocking time for the next few months as their ultimate superstar and icon will make his presence felt on the small screen with Bigg Boss season 9 soon.

But they also are eagerly looking forward to his next film – ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ – which will mark the return of the iconic character Prem to the silverscreen.

The trailer of the film is a roaring success and has been appreciated the family audiences. And after ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Salman may rake in the moolah once again with the Sooraj Barjatya directorial.

Here’s taking a look at why most of Salman’s films turn out to be blockbusters:

Brand Salman Khan: Salman’s presence alone can draw crowds.

Complete family film: Salman’s films primarily cater to the family audience. His latest release- ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ – is a classic specimen. So were his previous films – ‘Ready’, ‘Bodyguard’ etc or his films with Rajshri Productions.

No kissing or love making scenes: Salman Khan refrains from doing kissing or love making scenes. His style of romance is a sure shot winner!

Entertainers: Many of Salman’s films have all the essential ingredients of a masala entertainer – ‘Kick’, ‘Wanted’ are classic examples. While some of his films like ‘Jai Ho’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ strike an emotional chord with the moviegoers.
