'Chhatrapati Shivaji' to be directed by Ravi Jadhav: Riteish Deshmukh

Mumbai: Actor Riteish Deshmukh, who was last seen on the silver screen in 'Bangistan' has announced filmmaker Ravi Jadhav will be directing his production banner's upcoming film 'Chhatrapati Shivaji'.
Jadhav has made movies like 'Balak-Palak' and 'Sound of Heaven: The Story of Balgandharva' among others.
Riteish along with his actress wife's production banner Mumbai Film Company will be producing the film.
The actor took to Twitter to share the news and wrote: "Proud to announce that Mumbai Film Company's @mfc #ChhatrapatiShivaji will be directed by Ravi Jadhav @meranamravi".
The 'Masti' actor will reportedly play the iconic Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji in the film.
