When Mahhi Vij turned 'Jodha' a la Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Mumbai: TV producers pump in a lot of money to add grandeur to their shows. And especially when there’s a wedding sequence, we can certainly expect larger than life setup, costumes and jewellery. The makers of ‘Balika Vadhu’ made their leading lady look like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in ‘Jodha Akbar’ for a marriage track.

Mahhi Vij, who essays the role of Nandini (Anandi’s daughter) in the show, looked drop-dead gorgeous in the jewellery that resembled the ones worn by Ash in the Ashutosh Gowariker film.
