Shocking! Anurag Basu feels Salman Khan is ‘boring’?

Mumbai: Anurag Basu may have just put his foot in the mouth! The ‘Barfi!’ director reportedly said that he would choose Ranbir Khan over Salman Khan as he finds the latter ‘boring’.

According to a DNA report, Basu, who is presently busy completing ‘Jagga Jasoos’, passed such a remark during a press event.

Basu had teamed up with Ranbir to deliver one of Bollywood recent best films – ‘Barfi!’. The two bonded well while shooting for the film and have teamed up once again for ‘Jagga Jasoos’.

A filmmaker, who is close to Salman, apparently reacted to Basu’s view and slammed him for such an un-called for remark.

“Anurag finds Salman boring on screen? He says Salman is doing the same thing in all his films. Strange that Anurag should say that at a time when Salman has done ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. As far as being boring goes, Ranbir’s recent films say it all.We don’t need to say anything,” DNA quoted the filmmaker as saying.
