New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's 'raped woman' remark debate doesn’t seem to seem to end. Now, actress Sonakshi Sinha has opened about this issue. The 'Dabangg' diva feels that it is the time to address 'real issues'.

At a recent event, she was asked about her stand on the controversy. "I think too much has already been said about it, there is too much of focus and attention already put on something that should not garner so much attention. I'll stay away from it. It should be put aside and the real issue should be addressed," PTI quoted her as saying.

Sonakshi added, “there are a lot of instances where things are blown out of proportion and people are targeted and are picked on for no reason. Personally I always stand for what I feel is right.”

A few days back, the 'Wanted' hunk reportedly said that he felt like a 'raped woman' after shooting for the wrestling sequences in his upcoming release 'Sultan'. He has now been summoned to the National Commission for Women on July 8.
