Amitabh Bachchan turns 73, says 'no material gift can match family's love'

Mumbai: Bollywood's most celebrated actor Amitabh Bachchan likes to spend his birthdays with his family.

The actor, who turned 73 on Sunday, said that he doesn't have any grand plans for the day.

When asked about his birthday wish by the media, Bachchan quipped, “To keep keep living, of course!”

And when asked what his best gift would be, the actor said that for him material gifts didn't matter much.

"The true gift is the gift of love from family, fans and people," he said.

The Bollywood superstar also shared that he loved to spend his birthdays with family.

The legendary actor has earned many accolades for his acting and is known for his humble nature.

Bachchan would next appear in 'Wazi' alongside Aditi Rao Hydari and Farhan Akhtar which is slated to release in December.
