Kapil Mishra sent THIS letter to Arvind Kejriwal `exposing` Sheila Dikshit in 2015

New Delhi: Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Tajinder Pal S Bagga on Monday tweeted a letter allegedly sent by Aam Aadmi Party legislator Kapil Mishra to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in August 2015.
The cover letter signed by Mishra and addressed to Kejriwal says the report attached with it “exposes” Delhi Jal Board (DJB) chairperson and former chief minister Sheila Dikshit's involvement in Rs 400 crore water tanker scam.
In the letter, Mishra urges Kejriwal to file a FIR against Dikshit.
On Sunday, sacked AAP water minister Kapil Mishra alleged that Kejriwal and two others -- Ashish Talwar and Vibhav Patel -- were responsible for the delay in action in the scam.
