New Delhi: Sacked Aam Aadmi Party leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday filed three separate complaints with the CBI against several senior AAP leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Before visiting the CBI office, he claimed to have strong evidence against AAP leaders Kejriwal, Ashish Khaitan, Satyendar Jain, Sanjay Singh and Durgesh Pathak, which he would submit to the central probe agency.

Mishra has alleged that Health Minister Satyendar Jain had settled a Rs 50-crore land deal for Kejriwal's brother-in-law in south Delhi's Chhattarpur area.

Earlier, sacked Delhi water minister said, “First FIR will be on cash deal between Satyendra Jain and Arvind Kejriwal Ji.”

“Second FIR will be on How Satyendra Jain has benefitted close relatives of Arvind Kejriwal in illegal land deals.”

“Information related to third FIR has been received today through "Lets Clean AAP Campaign”

“Third FIR will be on Foreign Tours using illegal money by Satyendra Jain, Ashish Khetan, Raghav Chaddha, Sanjay Singh and Durgesh Pathak.”

Mishra on Monday submitted documents to the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) to back his allegations that Kejriwal had delayed the probe into a Rs 400 crore tanker scam.

After being suspended from the party`s primary membership, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kapil Mishra on Tuesday issued an open letter to Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal while challenging him to contest open elections.

Mishra said that he was going to lodge a string of FIRs against the one who taught him to how to fight against corruption.
