Sudarsan Pattnaik's 'Independence Day' sand art tribute captures the essence of true freedom!

New Delhi: As India completes 70 glorious years of independence today, and enters the 71st one, country's renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik once again stunned us with his unmatchable skill and craft.
